Vice President, Legal & Assistant Secretary
Joel C. Lambert joined First Reserve in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lambert was an attorney in the Business and International Section of Vinson & Elkins LLP. Before joining Vinson & Elkins, he was an intern in the Texas Supreme Court, as well as a Military Intelligence Specialist for the United States Army. Mr. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University and a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
