Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Kelly Jameson is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Crestwood Holdings Partners, LLC as of October 2010. From February 2007 to October 2010, he served as the US Corporate Secretary and Senior Counsel for TransCanada PipeLines (NYSE: TRP), a major North American energy infrastructure company. Here he handled corporate legal matters for the wholly-owned and jointly owned subsidiaries. Prior to this time, he was Senior Counsel with El Paso Corporation (NYSE: EP), in the corporate legal department, managing public and private securities offerings and financings for El Paso Corporation and its subsidiaries. Before joining El Paso Corporation, in 1996, he was Vice President and General Counsel of Cornerstone Natural Gas Inc. (AMEX: CGA), a midstream natural gas company. Jameson earned a BBA from Southern Methodist University in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 1990.
