Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC
an experienced, private equity funded midstream management team,
enters the market in a unique position to evaluate and invest in a broad
range of midstream infrastructure opportunities including acquisitions of
existing assets and businesses as well as investments in new and developing
organic projects. Our strategic focus will be to:
- Build a diversified portfolio of midstream investments
in natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil and refined products across
the energy value chain.
- Leverage management’s broad experience and relationships to competitively
access investment opportunities.
- Acquire and enhance assets in overlooked or undervalued sections of
the midstream value chain.
- Identify areas of up-and-coming growth and exploit first mover advantage
with greenfield and organic projects.
- Partner with industry participants to finance, develop, complete or expand new
organic midstream projects.
- Develop financial, commercial and organizational solutions to maximize
the value of midstream assets or businesses for owners.
- Utilize our extensive background as managers of publicly traded master
limited partnerships to provide investors with growth, consolidation or
exit strategies.
