Robert G. Phillips - Chairman, President and CEO

Robert G. Phillips has served as Chairman, President and CEO of Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC since November 2007. Previously, Mr. Phillips served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) from February 2005 until June 2007 and Chief Operating Officer and a Director of EPD from September 2004 until February 2005. Phillips also served on the Board of Directors of Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. (NYSE:EPE) the general partner of EPD from February 2006 until April 2007. He previously served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:GTM), from 1999-2004, prior to GTM's merger with EPD, and held senior executive management positions with El Paso Corporation (NYSE:EP) including President of El Paso Field Services from 1996-2004. Prior to that he was Chairman, President and CEO of Eastex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:ETEX) from 1981-1995.

Phillips currently serves as a Director of Pride International, Inc. (NYSE:PDE), one of the world's largest offshore drilling contractors, and is a member of the Audit Committee. Phillips is also an Advisory Director of Triten Corporation, a leading international engineering firm and alloy products manufacturer. Mr. Phillips is a Lifetime member of the Advisory Council of the McCombs School of Business of University of Texas at Austin and is active in Houston civic affairs currently serving on the Board of Directors of Boys & Girls Country of Houston and Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, Inc. Phillips was recognized as the 2007 Honoree for Boys and Girls Country of Houston Heritage Awards Dinner for his 15 years of service to Boys and Girls Country of Houston.

Phillips earned a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1977 and a law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1981. He is married to Shirley J. Phillips and they are the proud parents of five children.

Bill Manias - Chief Financial Officer

Bill Manias joined Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC in October 2009 and serves as the partnership's Chief Financial Officer. His general responsibilities include all aspects of the partnership's financial, accounting, and acquisition activities. Before joining Crestwood, Mr. Manias was the Chief Financial Officer of TEPPCO Partners, LP (NYSE:TPP) from January 2006 through January 2009. Prior to TEPPCO, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Enterprise Product Partners, LP (NYSE:EPD). He previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GulfTerra Energy Partners (NYSEGTM) from February 2004 to September 2004 at which time GTM was merged with EPD. Prior to GTM Mr. Manias held several executive management positions with El Paso Corporation (NYSE:EP). Prior to El Paso, he worked as an energy investment banker for J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and its predecessor companies from May 1992 to August 2001.

Manias earned a BSE in civil engineering from Princeton University in 1984, a MS in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University in 1986, and an MBA from Rice University in 1992. He is married to Gretchen Manias and they live in Houston with their two boys.

Terry L. Morrison - Partner

Terry L. Morrison joined Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC at its inception as a Partner. He is responsible for Crestwood's investments in natural gas and power segments of the industry. Before joining Crestwood in 2007, he was Vice President of the Energy Marketing and Trading division of Florida Power & Light (NYSE: FPL) (FPL Group). He was lead participant in the expansion of the fuel infrastructure for the utility that included the development of natural gas pipeline expansions, alternative fuel strategies (including LNG) and the development of natural gas storage infrastructure. Additionally, his role included the oversight and management of the utilities natural gas, residual fuel oil and power operations.

Prior to joining the regulated arm of FPL, Mr. Morrison was responsible for the execution and optimization of FPL Energy's (FPL's non-regulated business unit) power generation portfolio and structure transactions group. Responsibilities included the expansion of products and services provided by the organization, oversight of power and fuel trading and development of a structured transactions team to address risks in operations, weather and volume uncertainty. Prior to joining FPL in 1999, Mr. Morrison served as the Vice President of Risk Management for Avista Energy which included Commercial and Compliance oversight of Avista's Trading and Marketing subsidiary. Mr. Morrison also served as Vice President of Trading for El Paso Energy Marketing and its predecessor Eastex Energy Inc. His responsibilities included the management of El Paso's trading arm for power, natural gas, crude oil and refined products.

Mr. Morrison lives in Houston and received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Houston (1989). He is married to Nancy Morrison and they are the proud parents of two children.

Joel D. Moxley - Partner

Joel D. Moxley has been a partner Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC since April 2008. He is responsible for Crestwood's investments in the natural gas gathering, gas processing and downstream natural gas liquids (NGLs) segments of the midstream industry. Before joining Crestwood, Moxley was Senior Vice President of Crosstex Energy, L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX) with responsibility for the commercial activities of Crosstex's gas processing and NGL fractionation assets in South Louisiana as well as the marketing of NGLs for Crosstex companywide from November 2005 through March 2008. Prior to his position at Crosstex, he was a Senior Vice President for Enterprise Products Partners, LP (NYSE: EPD) responsible for the commercial activities of the gas processing and NGL assets in South Texas. Moxley was responsible for the commercial activities for gas processing, NGL fractionation and NGL marketing in S. Texas and S. Louisiana for El Paso Corporation (NYSE: EP) from January 2001 through August 2004. Moxley was a Vice President for PG&E Corporation (NYSE: PCG) from 1997 to 2000 where he was involved in managing their gas processing, NGL fractionation, and NGL marketing activities in Texas. Earlier in his career, Moxley worked for Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO) and Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY) where he held a variety of engineering, operations, marketing, and business development positions related to gas processing, gas gathering and NGLs.

Mr. Moxley has served on the Board of Directors of the Gas Processors Association (GPA) as well as the Petrochemical Feedstock Association of the Americas. He was a leader in a successful effort to expand the legislative and regulatory efforts of the GPA to better serve the midstream energy industry in 2006-2007 while serving as the president-elect of this organization.

Mr. Moxley earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rice University in 1980. He is married to Jenny R. Moxley and they are the parents of two sons.

Daniel R. Craig - Senior Associate

Daniel R. Craig joined Crestwood as a Senior Associate in December of 2008. He is responsible for Crestwood’s deal valuation analysis and financial modeling across all segments of the midstream industry. Before joining Crestwood, Mr. Craig served as an investment banking Associate in the Transportation Coverage Group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from June 2007 to July 2008. His responsibilities included M&A valuation analysis, due diligence and capital markets advisory to the airline, railroad, shipping and trucking industries. Prior to his Associate role, Mr. Craig was an Analyst in the Diversified Industrials Group for two years and the Debt Capital Markets Group for one year.

Mr. Craig earned a BBA from The University of Oklahoma in 2003.
