Our Response to COVID-19

At Crestwood, the health and safety of our employees, contractors and communities where we live and work is paramount. We continue to take proactive measures to protect our employees and the public during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

During this unprecedented time, we are actively taking steps to mitigate business risk while continuing to ensure safe, sustainable and reliable operations across our assets. Our commitment to providing energy remains resolute as we focus on meeting the needs of our customers, investors and other stakeholders.

As part of a critical infrastructure industry, Crestwood provides an essential service to the nation and our communities, and we have an ongoing obligation to continue operating as outlined in the President's Coronavirus Guidelines for America.

We are closely monitoring information from sources such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and state and local authorities, and reviewing and activating business continuity plans as updates are provided.

Keeping Employees Safe

Crestwood has put in place a multidisciplinary pandemic management team who meet daily and are coordinating our efforts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken steps to protect employees and contractors as we do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, including:

  • Employing travel restrictions and discontinuing all non-essential business travel
  • Implementing a work-from-home policy for employees who can execute their work remotely
  • Putting restrictions in place regarding visitors and contractors at our facilities
  • Sending a letter to our suppliers and contractors notifying them of our COVID-19 procedures
  • Equipping field employees with safe passage letters
  • Encouraging and practicing social distancing measures in alignment with the recommendation of health authorities
  • Promoting proven personal hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes and keeping environments clean, as well as providing additional cleaning services at our facilities
  • Keeping our employees informed in real-time via internal channels including virtual meeting platforms

Operating Reliably while Providing Excellent Service

All Crestwood assets are operational at this time.

  • We have a business continuity plan in place that allows us to operate without interruption
  • Our field team is on the ground to ensure our facilities are running safely and reliably
  • Our commercial team stays in regular contact with our customers to ensure we continue to provide the same best-in-class service

In addition to focusing on keeping our workforce safe and our operations running, our employees have taken the time to give back to their community. Whether its volunteering at their local emergency response center, delivering food to seniors and veterans, providing supplies to schools and first responders, or making and donating masks, we commend their tireless efforts and are proud that they are making a difference every day.

Crestwood’s Community Response
