Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Crestwood fosters a culture that values diversity, inclusion and respect and inspires a diverse perspective of ideas, skills, knowledge and cultures across our organization. We are committed to acknowledging and appreciating individuals’ differences and creating an environment in which our employees feel valued and engaged, encouraging innovative thinking and ownership of the company’s success.

We developed a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Five-Point Plan which lays out where Crestwood will continue to enhance DEI inside and outside the organization. Our Founder, Chairman and CEO Bob Phillips has also taken the CEO Action Pledge for Diversity & Inclusion where he joins the largest CEO-driven business advancement of DEI within the workplace. This commitment will keep us focused on measured steps, such as establishing a Chief Diversity Officer position and DEI committee, to guide our progress articulated in the plan and actions.

We launched the Crestwood Women's Network (CWN) in 2018 to inspire women to take an active role in personal and professional development. Crestwood is also a proud supporter of Catalyst that helps “build workplaces that work for women”. We continue to broaden the range of organizations we work with to strengthen our DEI programs, including Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and veteran organizations such as Hiring Our Heroes.

Crestwood is proud to be included in the 2023 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the third consecutive year, recognizing the initiatives Crestwood has put in place to advance DEI as well as ensuring transparency in our DEI reporting and data. It is imperative that we keep challenging ourselves and improving our performance and disclosures as we continue on our DEI journey.

More information on our approach to DEI can be found in our 2022 sustainability report.
